Forgot your password?
If you forget your password and are unable to login to your account, click on the "Forgot password?" link either from the login page in the web portal or the sign-in screen in the mobile app. You can also just click right here to: Reset My Password Now
An email will be sent to your email with further instructions. Please check your spam folder if you are unable to find the email from email@example.com.
If you cannot access the email address associated with your AutoKept account, please contact your email service provider to regain access to the email account first.
Update your password?
If you are able to log into your account and would just like to change or update your password you can do that by clicking on the user icon on the top-right corner of the screen and selecting Profile then pressing the Update Email or Password button.
